Axel, an owner surrender to MAD Rescue has severe elbow dysplasia and arthritis and needs surgery and PT to have a normal life. At his young age he should not have to suffer with a severe disease.

With the support of Bow Wow Buddies Foundation, Axel received a grant to help pay for the surgery.
