Fleur was found by Animal Control and was completely emaciated and unable to walk. She was carried into OCAS and found to have complete intestinal blockage and needed surgery. She had rocks and bones in her stomach from being starved. She is now in recovery @ Poodles and Pooch Rescue & will need spayed & shots when recovered.

With the support of Bow Wow Buddies Foundation, Fleur received a grant to help pay for the surgery.
