Jasper was hit by a motorcycle and left on side of road. He had fractured Vertebrae’s and injured his spinal cord, immobilizing his back legs. Jasper has had several surgeries and will be in a puppy wheelchair for some time, which they are still waiting for, but not in any pain. With the support of Bow Wow Buddies Foundation, Jasper received a grant to help pay for the surgery. The Bow Wow Buddies Foundation is happy to be able to assist dogs and their families who are going through difficult times.
