Lucy, a rescue, ingested a poisonous Bufo Toad while walking and rushed to emergency. Lucy recovered and is back to her mischievous ways.
Dogtoli Rescue, where Lucy came from, held a fund raiser for Lucy to help for bills, but didn’t cover enough.
“The treatment saved Lucy’s life and we have such a close bond. I’s so happy she is okay”.
With the support of Bow Wow Buddies Foundation, Lucy received a grant to help pay for the treatment.
The Bow Wow Buddies Foundation is happy to be able to assist dogs and their families who are going through difficult times.
