Oscar is a loving and playful pup who came into his pet parent’s life at the perfect time. Not long after Oscar found his forever home, he developed a growth on his forearm and with the fear of it being cancerous, it needed to be removed as soon as possible. The Bow Wow Buddies Foundation awarded Oscar with a grant to help with this procedure and allow him to live a happy, healthy life!
